I am going to share three programs that have really saved my behind when it comes to running my business efficiently! These are programs that have worked for me & I hope they might work for you too!
1. Photo Mechanic
I used to sort my photos after a wedding or portrait session in Adobe Bridge and then Lightroom. The rendering took FOREVER & I would end up taking a few hours and sometimes multiple days to cull a full wedding day! Then Hope Taylor Photography introduced me to Photo Mechanic during my mentoring session with her and it changed my life! This program lets me start to sort my images the minute they show up in the program! And they render SUPER quickly. Allowing me to cull a full wedding in under 30 minutes. YEP, under 30 minutes!!! 2. Client Management System
This is a serious game changer. After I purchased and invested time into setting up my client management system my whole entire client experience has been upgraded! I can now send invoices, questionnaires, emails, galleries, put notes, addresses, documents about the client all in one place. I can even set up reminders for payments and for sessions! I am currently using this one : Dubsado!
3. CLOUDSPOT
I keep saying this but this seriously changed my work life. Cloudspot is a digital image gallery delivery site. This is how I deliver 100% of my client galleries! Cloudspot makes it simple to add, organize, send to your clients AND lets your clients download, purchase prints, and instantly share to their social media outlets! No more USBs and trying to track down my clients, it is one simple upload, some simple email, and BOOM! The next best part? It is totally integrated with Dubsado, so I can send the galleries directly through my CRM! How freaking cool is that?!
